Useful Websites – Bloggers

All of these Marketers fall into several categories, including training. They are well established and highly respected individuals within the Internet Marketing Community. It is personal choice who you follow and look up to, but in the beginning, it can be difficult to know who to trust.

In fact, one sure way of knowing who to trust, is to sign up to their email newsletters. If your account gets pounded with ‘Must Have’ and ‘you’ll need this great product’, then you know to unsubscribe. Now, don’t get me wrong, everybody will want to sell you something, but the ratio of useful information against products should be about 4:1 When I get emails like this, guess what ones I open on a more regular basis?

Email Headings - Do you really need it?

By the way, if some of you recognise the top heading, yes, it’s from Kim Roach. I’ve followed her for over four years now and I have to say, her ratio of sales letter to useful information is one to follow. And while I’m on the subject of personal recommendations, Darren Rowse from Pro-Blogger sends out some great information too.

Anyway, the bottom line is, if you sign up to an email and you receive a ‘Must have’ Email near enough straight away, then you know what to expect in the future.

Hopefully, you’ll find some of the following resources invaluable. They each serve a different purpose, some will provide a service (you can’t do it all) whilst others will provide you with priceless information and stats about your website performance.

Once again, I highlight the fact that some of these recommendations are not for everybody but you will need some of these services, regardless who you use. For example, you’ll need some kind of analytics so you can monitor what works and what doesn’t. Whether you use the free service ‘Google Analytics’ just to get you started then opt to pay more detailed Analytics from a different provider at a later date, it’s up to you. Either way, you’re going to need something.

If you have a favorite website that you find is invaluable to your online business, shoot us across an email and I’ll add it to a future post.

It just doesn’t work like that. In fact the rule of thumb is to spent four times more time promoting your post as what it took to write. So, for example, if it’s taken you five hours to write your post, then you should spend twenty hours promoting it.
